Aurora man accused of animal cruelty could plead guilty
An Aurora man who was convicted of dragging his dog to death in the 1990s could plead guilty to charges he broke several of another dog's teeth in fall 2010. Phillip Rinn pleaded not guilty in March 2011 but recently submitted court papers seeking a new court date so he could enter a new plea. The case was set for a March 26 jury trial.
